Swiss citizen but foremost citizen of the world, I studied international relations and development in Geneva, Switzerland.

Eventually, I started working for a Geneva-based international humanitarian organization. I spent the last ten years living and working in Colombia (2002), Nigeria (2003-04), Myanmar (2004-05), Pakistan (2005-06), Burundi (2007-08), Guinea Conakry (2009-11), and presently in Jordan.

I took benefit of these long-term stays to travel privately either in the aforementioned countries, or in their neighbourhood.
